Church of the Savior on Blood
This beautiful church was built on the place where Russian emperor Alexander II were killed by the terrorists. They tried killing him a few times before. However, he almost did not had guards and he used to walking St. Petersburgh like usual man or traveled in the open caret.
Killer had thrown bomb to the emperor’s crew. However, Tsar was not injured. In this bustle none had saw the second terrorist. Who had thrown another bomb. And Alexander II were killed.
This assassination attempt, like and others (including explosion in the Winter palace — residences of the Emperor), let us thinking that Russian special services were involved in this actions. Because, not every in Russian government had like Tsars reforms.

This building looks like old Russian church. Similar Saint Basil’s Cathedral in Moscow. Many colors. Inside church were saved part of the riverbank and metal fence where Alexander were deadly injured.
