Ship took part of Russo-Japanese war a few years before October revolution. Then he took part of First World War on the Baltic Sea. In October 1917, he went for repairs to Saint Petersburg. And, according to Bolsheviks, cruiser made signal for start attack of Winter Palace where Russian Provisional Government were sitting. Cruiser made a gunshot. We all know end of this story. more
